Mission
My mission is to help people attain their goals by guiding them to become clear on who they are, what they want, and how they are going to go about getting it. With clients, I use things that I’ve experienced in my own life; a life where I was confused and at times, lost. And through the magic of coaching, those once foggy areas became clear, and I felt grounded. When clients become clear on who they are and what they want, they can then envision their dreams and begin taking steps toward this rich and fulfilling life they deserve! One of my favorite quotes is, “The best way to predict your future is to create it.” By using this philosophy, I help clients pave a road to happiness, success, and self-fulfillment.
Vision
“I am the rock that strengthens people while on their journey.” Through my vision as a coach, I see a winding road moving forward… towards the light. Together, my client and I walk side by side toward the light ahead. With my hand placed on the back of my client, I gently guide them toward their goals and dreams. The client faces the light, as I walk beside them. I am never infront of, or behind my client; I am always next to them as they move forward. In the horizon there is wonder, excitement, and fulfillment. Together, my client and I walk toward it.
Values
I value connection, friendship, respect, trust, authenticity, and joy. What I value most is the deep connection with my clients. It is a privilege to be the one who creates a safe place for my clients to grow in. As the relationship progresses, clients become free to tap into their own authenticity, which then forms the foundation from where they begin to create a life they want, and pursue their dreams. When my clients become alive and resonant, the fulfillment I experience is unparalleled to anything else I have experienced in my life. When I help make a difference for someone, I know that I have met my true calling to help others overcome the obstacles that prevent them from living the life they want.
